One thing I also noticed is that the new reputation system will harm the used aircraft market because most of the time, buying a used aircraft means using quick flights and quick flights doesn't generate reputation.

Oh wait, it does, it "generates" 0 reputation and the system uses that to calculate your airlines' average. I am averaging at around 50-60 per flight but got pulled down to 30-40 because of one quick flight.
