Let me correct the formulas to not count 0% reputations in the averages before we grab the pitchforks and torches.
Zortan I'm not sure I see the issue. with 0% reputation (which nobody should have anyway) on JFK-LGW, charging base price of $589 - I still get 115 passengers for economy. Raise the rep to 15% and you get 173. That's enough to fill most planes.
