The problem is, I offer all classes, and each class has 100% rep, but since I don't include first in med-haul flights, I lose rep. That does not really make sense to me. And what if I have a highly successful and huge regional network offering only economy seats?? I will probably have only 50% rep at that rate
. I think the rep should not be an average of the reputation for the flights of the past week, but the average of the rep for each class from the past week.
But this, alas, may be exploited by low cost airlines who will obviously configure just one aircraft with all seating classes and thus gain 100% rep while mainly only offering economy seating otherwise
.
I can see that this will be a difficult task
. Is it possible to study the Airline Empires system to see how they do it there? Their system seems to be more fair to me - it is not hard, but nor is it easy to get good rep there.
