Maybe she has a sensitiveness to the weather? I have a problem with my nose - if it is humid, I get a runny nose; if it is cold and dry (as in an air-conditioned room) my nose blocks up. Right now here at my place it is raining a lot, and my nose gets annoying. Sometimes it becomes worse and I develop a fever. Maybe the weather there at your place is predictable and causes your sister's problems?

Funnily enough, all my brothers fell sick recently, but other than my annoying nose I have no problems
