In Manage Airline Tab > Airline Overview there is a edit pencil right beside your airline name. Click on it to your airline details. Changing your airline name will have an adverse effect on your reputation. Depending on the size of your airline, you will also incur a large cost to cover repainting aircraft, new uniforms, signage & marketing materials, and so on. You can change your IATA code, Callsign, and CEO name without penalty.
