Vancouver Sees Boeing 747
Due to a recent Boeing 747 delivery and high demand to Vancouver from Sydney, OASYS has replaced two weekly flights to YVR with the flagship Boeing 747-8. These aircraft replace the Boeing 787-9 on the route and will offer more luxury, capacity, and comfort on the 14.5-hour trek between Sydney and Vancouver.
The Boeing 747-8 features onboard showers and bars for First and Business class passengers, as well as wider seats, more space and high-end products in all classes. The aircraft will eventually operate five weekly flights on the Vancouver route, with the 787-9 operating the remaining two, for a total of one daily flight. OASYS is proud to be a part of the World Airlines Group, which includes Maple Air, a member of the WAG Joint Venture with one of its largest hubs at YVR. With Maple, you can connect all over North America from Vancouver to destinations such as Montreal, New York, Calgary, Edmonton, Kelowna, Victoria, Chicago and more.
