Sameel already reported this in the support section, but basically the game says 'gate successfully leased' but does not actually lease the gate. I think this may be due to the change in the gate leasing screen, it started since the IATA window was added.
EDIT: I just tested this, and gate leasing works fine if the airport is selected through the drop-down menu. However, if the IATA code is typed in directly, the window with payment options and timings etc opens fine, but when you press 'Lease Gate' it does not lease.
