It was happening because the name of the two airports were exactly the same. "Newcastle Airport" and "Newcastle Airport".
Temporarily I've renamed the one in Australia to "Newcastle Airport 2" until I have time to change the code to make it use ID instead of name. Which is what it should have been in the first place, not sure why I made it to use the name...
