I just updated the reputation formula to take into account simulated seat pitch/legroom.
Distance is the distance of the route, Final pax count is the number of total passengers, and Slots remaining is how many seat slots remain unused on your aircraft configuration. So if you don't pack your plane completely full and leave some extra space between seats, you will get a boost in reputation earned.
