Gave us an excel sheet with 15,000 lines of spend data and we have to go through and analyze how they can save money by supplier rationalization and utilizing leveraged spend, stuff like that. Logistics is a big part of it too because steel is heavy and transporting it is expensive.
The nerve racking part is going to be presenting it to senior executives at the Halliburton corporate headquarters lol.
