That is weird. I looked at the routes that those flights were assigned to, and the routes no longer exist. Most likely you deleted the routes. But that shouldn't cause any issues.

Well what I've done now is deleted those flights and reset the aircraft status to on-ground. Should be good to go now. Let me know if it happens again.
