When selling aircraft, you now have the option to either sell to the broker for 35% less than market value, or list it for sale with a custom price.
Selling to broker is instant, and listing at a custom price is not, i.e. you don't get paid until your aircraft is purchased.
When an aircraft is waiting to be sold, you will see a new icon on your fleet page:![[Image: active_4.png]](https://www.airlineenterprise.com/images/icons/active_4.png)
This indicates the aircraft is waiting to be sold, and you cannot fly the aircraft or change anything with it.
I have also cleared the used market of all the user-sold aircraft just to clean it up a bit.
