I agree that there is an imbalance currently with the Russian aircraft being so much cheaper, but I'm not sure if dropping demand for them is the answer.
I think let's be fair we can balance them in the maintenance department quite well once those costs start adding in
I expect a full VC10 fleet will cost a LOT more to keep flying than a 737 fleet
