I believe the number that has been given to properly repair everything is just shy of $3.4 trillion through 2020 so this by no means will fix everything but I think it's the closet thing to progress there has been on this issue in a long time so we'll see. He will lose the most conservative wing of the Republican Party on this (pending whatever his final proposal looks like) but Democrats will be all for it so he should be able to get it passed in both houses of Congress.
