Also, on the topic of paid vacation, by federal law in my country, you're entitled to have at least 24 business days for the year, based on a working week from Monday to Saturday. So, I'm kinda surprised when I'm reading that some US companies only give 5 to 10 days of paid vacation. Isn't that against human rights or something? Oh, wait, I almost forgot: Capitalism doesn't care about people.
