Aircraft Leasing

I made an update the the leasing system tonight, from now on your first 5 aircraft leases will be instantly delivered.

I was going to apply this to new aircraft orders regardless of if they were purchased or leased, but if I applied this to purchased aircraft you would have to pay 100% payment terms for your first 5 aircraft. I figured new airlines might want to be able to place new orders and not be forced to receive them instantly so I decided to only apply this to leases.
