Okay I will try to explain. The Boeing 747-200, 300 and 400 all have the same fuselag length. The -200 has a shorter upper deck so the pax limit should be and is lower. But the -300 and -400 are basically the same frame, the only difference is the hardware. The wing was extended with 3,6 meters, fuel capacity was increased, slightly different engines and some other things. But the seating capacity of the -300 and -400 should be same although in game the difference is 110 seats.
Both the -300 and -400 are marked as 539 seats main deck, 89 upper deck in the ACAPS.
