The Hawk & lake card

Do you never get tired of the endless complications with your frequent flying cards and programs, we sure did and hence we decided to it better, simpler and just overall nicer. You see you simply get a mile for a mile flown and if your journey is 100.01 miles you get 101miles because really why should we not? We also understand that people like to use cards as credit cards and hence you can choose to make your H&L card a MAstercard credit card. Also your year starts on the first day of the month you get the card in, so if you fly a lot in December and January, but not much outside that you will not loose out on the benefits. Finally your status is always carried for 1 more year just as a nice thing to have.

Bronze:

Requirement: 0-2500miles a year flown

Bonuses: Bronze level upgrade priority, no cancellation costs up to 1 week before departure & Access to Shaylin and joined partner lounges.

Silver:

Requirement: 2500-5000miles a year flown

Bonuses: Previous tier plus Credit card costs paid for by Shaylin & Silver level upgrade priority.

A brand new airline begs for a brand new fleet and a brand new fleet begs for state of the art planes and you guessed it we have it all. We worked extensively with Airbus and Bombardier to provide you with the best possible interiors offering the best possible comfort and services we can realistically provide. What you can expect onboard our planes are interiors suited for the modern day traveler with free wifi & power for all passengers and an IFE system with services provided by Netflix, Amazon and Google. Food and beverages are always supplied for free on all flights, though spirits are limited in servings per passenger. Our staff is trained extensively in both service related tasks as other aspects and is already known as one of the most knowledgeable in the industry.

A beautiful simple city a great place to visit on a relaxing city trip and enjoying that Scandinavian hospitality.

Tokyo:


Nothing can prepare one for Tokyo, it is simply a place you have to experience no matter the reason for going there you will be engulfed into something unique that you will not experience anywhere else.

Helsinki:


The beautiful historic city of Helsinki is the perfect getaway for anyone summer or winter and if you wish to travel further into Finland all we can say is please go ahead you will certainly not regret it.

Warsaw:


Often underestimate Warsaw is truly an amazing city to visit on vacation or for business as this cultural and financial hub has it all on offer.

CEO Alicia Marloen




Sole daughter of former Dutch billionaire Jacob Marloen Alicia is known to be a free flowing spirit with little care given. Having spend most of her time growing up in the US instead of back home in the Netherlands she has the odd mix of American bravado mixed with Dutch normality and their born in bullshit detector. Now getting the airline project from her father thrown into her lab she has returned to the Netherlands to ensure it all takes off well. Some might question her leadership, but despite her attitude and way of living she clearly has the smarts despite not having graduated any of the studies she has started. With her father being known as someone who would turn over every cent before spending it and who had set his eyes on a LLC with international ambitions Alicia would have none of it stating a saturated market and already low mainline fairs on many long range routes making it hard to compete with them. Instead she got there just in time to enter talks with Airbus and Bombardier to completely change the orders of the planes from LLC configurations to far more high end and build an airline that would focus on the market with a bit more cash to spend on their travels and offering matching services.

So with Shaylin firmly under the hands of Alicia and forming to the shape she desires, it is clear she is taking off more time again to do what she enjoys doing which entails above all being free and quite random. As she seems to change her hobbies on a whim spending a few weeks at airsoft ranges before spending night after night clubbing before taking low walks in nature. As she describes it herself "I go with my flow, I have the luxury to do as I desire and to follow on paths that feel right for me. Knowing just how short live can be I will make sure that I enjoy it as long as I am able to. My dad always said I am a free spirit that could not be tamed and I think he was certainly right on that one.".

We asked those who work for her state that she is a difficult, but fair boss to work for. "She states fair goals for all, achievable without doubt, exceedable if you are good, but pity on you if you fail to achieve them without good reason." an anonymous employee stated and it is a sentiment that seems to be shared. People praise the open and free work space where only what really needs to be pinned down is pinned down and everything else is left to be handled as flexible as possible. "I could say at 1PM I go home I have had it for today, just as long as within a month I compensate those hours and ensure my work gets done. No need to call a manager for permission, just to inform them." An employee said regarding the freedoms offered. "The pay great, the freedom is there, the benefits are amongst the best, but the boss can be a bitch at times, in a good or bad sense depending on the day of the week, but if need be she is there no matter what. I am not joking I seen her show up on 2AM on a Sunday when things where going to hell, clearly just out of bed t-shirt, jeans and sneakers getting out of her car in the cold pooring rain taking a sprint inside. So beside all that she clearly does not care much about status or appearance and it also means anyone can walk up to her to ask, suggest something or to just talk." According to one of the customer service agents working at the Shaylin HQ at Schiphol Airport.

Overall it seems it is save to say that Alicia Marloen is a complicated creature and being that she might just send some waves through the industry as her fathers gentle let's be careful plans have clearly been wiped off the table with his daughter in charge. Her aims are big and she is clearly not some one who is willing to let anyone get in her way, she will either go around or straight on trough those who do.
