The gate cost formula still needs a bit of work. It works great for large and medium sized airports but when it gets to airports with lower passenger numbers you can get some crazy low numbers. It's almost like I need to "curve" the formula... what's that called? Exponential? Right now it's a linear cost based on annual passengers.
