Alright. Still don't know the cause of this issue. However, I've just created a script that checks for gate de-sync. If de-sync is found, it will be corrected within 5 minutes and your gate will be available to use once again. Should put an end to having to cancel the lease and then lease a new gate.
Really bothers me that I can't find the root cause of this though lol.
