IFS is also things like charge for food and drinks or not, I know a college of mine always checks when he flies to the US to ensure the flight is done by KLM and not Delta because on KLM flights beer is free and on Delta flights you have to pay
Plane seat options, how good are your seats and how much leg room is on offer. The last one I am biased about because I do not fit in economy class seats because my legs cannot get in there. Also do you charge extra for seats near the emergency exits because those always have more leg room for safety reasons.
Honestly you can go really deep with this, but that would over complicate things, but the above should be logical in my mind.
All good ideas. Hadn't thought of the crew factor and whether or not you opt to use the bare minimum or have a few extra staff on board.

Yes it will be a balance depending on what type of airline you want to operate (at least thats the idea, let's see how well it actually works once I start working on formulas and such). For long-haul flights, pax will probably gravitate towards airlines with better IFE/IFS unless you have enough other factors to persuade them otherwise.
