Revamped Routes System

The entire route will schedule as long as the aircraft is in the correct location for the initial flight, the problem is most likely related to the date switchover. I haven't looked at your route setup but what it probably should have done is schedule the first part of the route tomorrow (Jan 7 UTC) and then BWI-BDL-BWI the following day, Jan 8 UTC. But instead of going to Jan 8 it's starting over at Jan 7, which makes them get scheduled prior to the rest of the route.
