This will streamline and organize all of the bug reports and suggestions we get, as well as help with eliminating duplicate submissions which is an issue we've been having as well.
There is a built-in discussion system in the issue tracker, but if I feel like we need a place on the forums to discuss a particular issue then sw889432 or myself can create a thread for it in the appropriate forum. I'd like to route all future issue reports through the new system, so I've disabled the ability to post a new thread in the suggestions & bug reports forums. But everyone can still view everything as well as post replies to threads that already exist.
