Looking at the Stripes, Makes me think Sempati Air, However the Pics I Found of a Sempati Air F-100 don't have the Red Tipped Flap Track Fairings.

I Likely Won't be very active on here until Public Alpha/beta becomes available, therefore as Unk got that it's a F-100, I'll pass it to him.
