SIN -- BKK (M T W TH F S S)
SIN -- SFO (M T W TH F S S)

Not at the moment, as an aircraft can only be scheduled on one route per 24 hour period, you could try SIN-BKK-SIN-SFO-SIN
However you may not get that once per day due to flight time and turnaround time required.
