Over Twenty Thousand Passengers Travel
With airBaltic in the First Five Days of Operations
Riga. The Latvian airline airBaltic in the first 5 days of operations has transported a total of 21,066 passengers to its network spanning Europe, Scandinavia and Russia. Martin Gauss, Chief Executive Officer of airBaltic: “First five days of our operations were outstanding for airBaltic. We launched 15 new destinations, onboard our five brand-new Bombardier CS300 aircraft. Our team has done a fantastic job of making sure everything runs smoothly. We hope to beat our passenger records every 5 days." The airline’s load factor, which represents the number of passengers as a proportion of the number of available seats, was at a level of 96.86% for the first 5 days of operations. airBaltic operated a total of 150 flights.
