Flights usually schedule when you activate them, otherwise they schedule every 10 minutes on the 0's, for example at 1:50, then at 2:00, etc. Check your routes for red triangles (route errors) and if there are any, then go ahead and fix them first. If your route is showing a Gate Error, but you do have gates, go ahead and save the route again, and that should fix the problem.
