Additional down is REQUIRED at this point. It will likely be sometime in the coming week. There are some subsystems that are not released in time for the scheduled maintenance on the 28th.
Additionally, some unforeseen configuration changes have to be made in order to accommodate new web technologies and HTTP/2, that were not originally planned for this scheduled maintenance. These additional changes should show some increase in responsiveness and performance of the game to address some user reports that of some unresponsiveness.
More details to follow, but it should be a 2 hour downtime period or less.
