I need to take the weather off the airport information page as it's been disabled for some time now.
One day if it is financially viable weather delays may be introduced - but with the number of airports we have in order to update weather even hourly would require an API license ranging from $30-$60 per month depending on the source. That's more than it costs to host the game.
