Im not sure about using turnaround for reputation, I see no problems with delays though. This is because lets say I lunch an hour long flight, but no for a fact I won't be back for 3 hours to deal with it. I could set an insanely long 2 hour turn around period to get a good reputation and skimp on the other options and still end up average overall. If it is included I think the weighting given should be very small and potentially capped.
