PRESS RELEASE
Kingston, Jamaica - September 14, 2018. Air Caribbean will be launching a new subsidiary: Air Caribbean Express. This new company will operate only a Q400NextGen fleet, which will operate short, regional hops to various Caribbean islands. We have placed 5 firm orders, with options for 5 more Q400 aircraft. The first aircraft will arrive on September 18, 2018.
The first airports that Air Caribbean Express will operate are Bridgetown, Barbados, St. Lucia and Fort de France, Martinique all from Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
