All Trans American Airlines trademarks, intellectual property and some assets were purchased by Palmer Holdings, Inc. Palmer Holdings, Inc is a public company listed on the NY Stock Exchange Market.

Palmer Holdings plans on reestablishing Trans American Airlines (after the reset) with a focus on extreme customer satisfaction, which Trans American was known for during the tenure it operated. Trans American Airlines will operate as a low-cost carrier with focus on the US domestic market.

"We plan on expanding Trans American step by step; slowly. We will focus on a 1-type narrowbody fleet first, then gradually upgrade to a 2 type narrowbody and widebody fleet as we expect to expand into the European and South American market. But first, we want to focus on the domestic US market." CEO Drake Palmer said.

"We expect Trans American to be based in either New York, or we might base it out of Atlanta first, where it was originally founded. We are leaning to Atlanta to preserve the historical aspect of the airline, but it all depends on the market"

"We are also in active talks with Boeing and Airbus to decide which aircraft to start with. The neos look a bit pricey, but we're still negotiating. We are comparing the effectiveness of the MAX family and the neo family. Price, efficiency and delivery times are the most important factors we're discussing and comparing" CEO Drake Palmer said.

We hope when the new Trans American Airlines get up and running we'll be able to create a better airline than the one before.
