I think we need the A330-800neo, because even though it has no orders, it's technically still for sale, and would enter into service around now had there been orders for the type. In-game, it would be ideal for airlines with less money, but still a desire for long-haul flights that the A332 or 763 cannot serve.

Not sure of fuel burn - but may be calculable. Airbus claims that it will be 14% more efficient than the A330-200.
