Yes. Sort of. The way it works is you pay the remaining balance per aircraft as they are delivered. So for example lets say you order 5 A319s and select the 60/40 option:
89.6m - 7.5% = 82.88m
82.88m x 5 = 414.4m <--- total cost
60/40 means you pay 60% now, and the remaining 40% on delivery, as each plane is delivered. So:
414.4m x 60% = 248.64m <-- you pay this now as lump sum
Then,
414.4 x 40% = 165.76m <-- remaining balance
165.76m / 5 = 33.152m each <-- you pay this as each aircraft is delivered
89.6m - 7.5% = 82.88m
82.88m x 5 = 414.4m <--- total cost
60/40 means you pay 60% now, and the remaining 40% on delivery, as each plane is delivered. So:
414.4m x 60% = 248.64m <-- you pay this now as lump sum
Then,
414.4 x 40% = 165.76m <-- remaining balance
165.76m / 5 = 33.152m each <-- you pay this as each aircraft is delivered
