I don't have any superstitions about numbers at all, but usually airlines allow for the superstitions of different passengers, so they would not use the seat number 13 just so that superstitious passenger would by that revenue-generating ticket
. The number 4 is sometimes considered unlucky in Asian culture because certain (usually Chinese) dialects pronounce it in a similar way to the word "death."
But if the game does not allow 13 as a part of registrations numbers, that is interestingly odd
