The US - EU open skies agreement that allows any EU based airline to fly from any EU country to the USA has been implemented.

This means if you are based in the UK for instance, you can now create a flight from Germany (or any other EU country) to the USA (or vice versa).

5th freedom rights for US-based airlines (allows two consecutive flights within the EU as long as it is a continuation of a flight that originated in the US) will be implemented later. That's a bit more complicated on my end to implement.

Territories have been implemented into political restrictions - right now the only territories recognized by the game are Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands but I am working on adding more. Please list any territories you know of so they can be added to the database.
