Hi I have the same problem, today 19 planes didn't take off when they should have.
Also some planes are not flying some routes. For example a plane that flew two different routes one day each only flew the second route 2 times a week when it was supposed to do it 3 times.

I am sorry to report that I too found three planes refusing to fly again this morning.
Could this be an issue with larger airlines?
When I only had 20odd planes this never happened, but since I have grown my airline to around 100 planes this has started.
Do you guys that have this problem have larger companies too?

Just check what is stopping this aircraft from scheduling any routes? I have 2 routes on it but they are on different days so not sure what is wrong with it.
Well that's the thing I checked it but nothing is preventing it from what I can tell, when I run it through the debug (same code as the auto scheduler, only difference is that it does 1 route at a time instead of all routes and outputs results instead of actually scheduling them) it returns no errors.

They were scheduled but just failed to run, so maybe it is another issue.
I see both of those scheduled for tomorrow 2/6 which is correct assuming the auto scheduler ran correctly last night.
Everything is essentially 1 day behind since routes are scheduled 1 day in advance, I would say keep an eye on it tomorrow, and if some routes still fail to work correctly then we have another issue beyond the auto scheduler running out of time.

I had couple of planes deactivated, but, now, it seems like they're back flying. I guess they need random day vacation or something?

I have the same problem and different planes get stuck every day. I have tried to do everything. Activating and de-activating them, deleting the routes, etc. And nothing happens. The planes are stuck and refuse to be scheduled. And this combined with the reputation lowering aren't helping the airline.
