Premium eco is hard to get the happiness up I literally give them the same as business class which I have a 99% in but my premium economy with all the same stuff I have a 91% wtf

Squigi1, remember that your seats affect the reputation rating too. Maybe you did not satisfy their seating demands? I had Economy being more unsatisfied than Premiom Eco for the same reason before
