I don't think SIP should be closed as there isn't really enough evidence to close it. According to the wiki it is served by a good number of airlines, and destinations, and there are over 5million annual pax. So the airport is very much in use. Since Russian Government apparently controls it and there are only flights to and from Russia. I suggest just adding a political restriction that only allows national Russian flights.

I don't know what to do with Crimea in-game, in reality it is controlled by Russia but internationally recognized as part of Ukraine
