So the "public image" of your airline will be similar to the airline rating back in CA. But I want it to be more comprehensive than the old rating system was. Your airline rating just went up exponentially as you flew more routes and your airline grew, and after you "unlocked" all the benefits of certain rating thresholds there was really no point to it other than the leaderboards. Image will be different as it will be a value, a percentage between 0 and 100 that represents the public's opinion of your airline. 0% means you suck and 100% means you're awesome.
Image will be affected by various factors, and that's where I want to ask you guys to help a little. What are all the factors that can affect image? What would cause it to go up or down? Here's some things I've thought of but I know there's more.

- Airline Age
- Marketing/Advertising spend
- Network Size (how many destinations you fly to)
- IFE/IFS options
- On-time performance
- Ticket Price
- Additional fees (do you charge for checked bags? How do your fees compare to other airline's fees?)
