Why the negative reputation?

I had some negative reputations when I had fewer gates at the airport than required. If you have 10 aircraft landing at a location together, there should be 10 gates. If you don't have a gate available then there will be negative reputation.

Correct, you need to have a gate available every time a plane lands. Otherwise your plane will have to park elsewhere and bus the passengers over to the terminal, resulting in negative reputation.

Hi admin.

I think this good explanation should appear somewhere and in the fleet management page should appear a more dramatic icon if possible. Some of the warnings in the game are not as dramatic as they should be.

And if you see in your "Finantial - All transactions"  you will find a report of Airport fee - landing with no available gate.
