No I don't think so. the gameplay is inherently different than CA. I'm not sure a continental challenge would make sense.

What would that achive, and why would we award people who are already the best, best on the categories suggests it seems most likely that the biggest airlines will probably win. Why reward the biggest and give those with the most money more?

I could possibly have some kind of a leaderboard, with certain categories that list the top 3 or top 5 airlines in that category or something. But to keep a level playing field, I don't want to reward any money for anything.

Since in this case the developer of the game (you) is more closely involved in the community than was the case in CA, do you think it would be possible to have cash prizes implemented for RP awards (which aren't automatically won by the biggest airline, unlike anything that would be put in in-game)? I mean WLF Airline of the Year, Global Awards, etcetera - that sort of thing.

It's possible but I was never really a fan of in-game rewards. Even for donating, if that ever becomes a possibility, I wouldn't want to reward money for it.
