I had this same problem a while back and it turned out my lease for the gates at the airports on the route had expired. Might be worth a check

So I can't find anything in the error logs and your gates at both airports are good, they don't expire until 2018. I'll have to try and re-create the issue myself.

Will that aircraft (NBO506) work on other routes? Or if you try a quick flight? Just trying to figure out if it's an issue with the aircraft or the route itself.

Yes, my 737-500 (NBO506) can do quick flight. Tomorrow I'll try put him on other router and let you know

Okay I think I figured out what is wrong.

Runway requirement for 737-500 is 8,630 ft. Runway length at BRS is 6,598 ft. For some reason the game is not displaying the error message. I'll need to fix that.
