How to improve reputation?

When your flight is landing ... you should have at least one free gate there. If there are no free gates, your reputation will fall.

Reputation improves as you fly routes. You can look at your flight history (Manage airline -> Financial -> Flight History) and see how much reputation your flights have been earning.

As chaittanya said, make sure you have enough gates at each airport to accommodate the number of aircraft you have on the ground at any given time. If you only have 1 gate, but two aircraft try to use it at the same time, you will lose some reputation.
