Yeah I get that. Also Unk I have to drive like 7 miles to get to the nearest Whataburger and it's not fun

Well you didn't miss much. Overhyped really, unless you happened to live in the zone of totality or whatever they call it. There's partial eclipse's every year and total eclipse's every 2 years or so.
