I would like to elaborate a complete organizational chart with all the employees of the company and assign individual salaries to them to be paid at the end of each month. Is this possible?

I think this is too much micro management, Easyjet currently have 10,104 staff members (https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=number...e&ie=UTF-8), do you not think that this would be a bit much?

I don't like this idea. Sorry. Too many details in the game are not what I expect. I prefer the simplicity of CA.
We could write down the values according to each management.
For example: Operations: Administrative employees = 500 Average salary = $2.500 Operational employees = 5.000 Average salary = $ 700 Total = $4.750.000 This staff doesn't need to do nothing. Just for accounting purposes. ![]()
My intention was to create several types of staff that would each have their own function. You would be able to control how many of each type you hire and control their salaries as a group (not individually). I also thought to add an "auto-hire" feature that would hire the recommended # of employees as your airline grows so those that don't wish to keep up with staff don't necessarily have to.
Some of the potential staff: Pilot Flight Crew Mechanic Ramp Agent Customer Service/Call Center Rep Corporate Employees (There are so many different positions in corporate I thought it was best to group it into one employee type for the purpose of this game). That list isn't final and could change, it's just a starting point. Haven't thought about staff in too much detail yet as I've been focusing on trying to finish the routing system.

I prefer that way. More than CA (which doesn't say much) but not overwhelming

Agreed, I think Unk has found the middle ground here. Should we have a form of marketing salary? Since brand image is vital in the airline industry.

I do personally thing that such a system envolves too much micromanagement, I think it's fine as long as there is the option to automatically hire/fire people and set wadges
