[IMPLEMENTED] Aircraft Lead Times

So maybe I totally missed if this is posted somewhere, but would be nice when researching or leasing an aircraft, it shows the lead time and the time in between.

When leasing if you hover over the ? icon next to delivery date it will show you the lead time and build time. I forgot to add the build time for aircraft purchasing however, I'll need to do that. Or perhaps I can just take that info out of the ? box and display it on the main page under delivery options.

See, I knew it was somewhere. I think taking out of the ? Box and just plain posting it would be better though.
