AJA Achieves 100% Reputation
Tokyo, October 20, 2017 - Today, All Japan Airways (AJA), Japan's largest and top rated airline, was awarded the highest overall rating, the 100% reputation rating by Airline Enterprise. AJA is currently the only Japanese airline to earn this accolade.
This rating reflects the consistently high levels of service AJA provides to its customers, from check-in to arrival. It also recognizes that AJA strives to go the extra mile to continuously enhance its service quality as a global leading airline and meet the needs of its increasingly international customer base. AJA Introduces A321neo
Tokyo, October 16, 2017 - Today, All Japan Airways (AJA), Japan's largest and top rated airline, became the country's first carrier to take delivery of an Airbus A321neo (new engine option). The very first A321neo has arrived in Japan and is scheduled to begin service on Japan domestic routes to/from Tokyo/HANEDA and Osaka/KANSAI Airport starting mid-October.
Compared to its current version, the A321ceo (current engine option), the A321neo achieves 15% better fuel efficiency (*1). Currently, there are only few companies in the world that are operating the A321neo, and AJA will become the first in Japan.
AJA has configured its A321neo with eighteen seats in Premium Class and 164 in Economy Class. Premium Class features power-adjustable seats, while all seats in both classes have personal seat monitors, which is the first for AJA to have on its Japan domestic flights. "AJA Wi-Fi Service" is also available, and by adding a 188 seater aircraft to its fleet variation, AJA aims to better respond to the day by day varying demand with the most sufficient sized aircraft.
With this new A321neo, AJA will continue to enhance customer convenience and provide a safe and pleasant journey to all passengers on board.
