IXL time zone adjust to GMT + 5.5. I think I either misclicked GMT +5, or the form is messed up.

Fixed. I'll have to check the form, it's possible I messed up and the value for +5.5 is actually +5.

I recommend you looking here because some of the aircraft runways requirements are not correct on the game
E.g Turkish Airlines has 777-300ER but in the game it says it can't land at IST :/ rip lol

You can operate the 777-300ER out of IST. The number listed on aircraft research is takeoff run at MTOW. But aircraft rarely take off at MTOW. Game takes into account fuel needed for the route and weight of each passenger to calculate actual runway requirements on a per-flight basis.
