Upcoming Maintenance Downtimes

Just wanted to give everybody a heads-up on the upcoming maintenance periods.

The game will be going down for maintenance twice in the coming weeks - once for the implementation of the new routes system, and again for the server upgrade/transfer. As of now I am not sure on exact dates, but once I know more I will post it here. The server transfer will likely take place before January 17th as that is when my hosting plan expires, and I'd like to get everything moved over prior to that date so I don't have to pay for another month. 

The maintenance period for the routes system should not be very long, maybe an hour. However the server transfer could render the game down for as much as 24 hours because we have to wait for the DNS to propagate across the world and that could take some time.

I expect the routes system to be implemented sometime within the next few days. Maintenance will probably be closer to 2 hours, just so I can test everything and make sure it all works correctly.

I am tentatively scheduling the server switch for Thursday, January 11, one week from today.

It shouldn't. Some routes may get skipped for a day but thats all I can think of.

The server move is now complete. There may be some issues as a result of the move. You may not be able to create routes. I’m working on figuring out why that is. Let me know of any other issues you run into.
